X28-DB 8 Channel Data Buffer

X28-DB 8 Channel Data Buffer is a 2 Input 8 Output data buffer for NMEA 0183 data distribution.

Seamless operation in the event of primary data loss. This is from the two inputs which allow for auto-changeover.

  • 2 x Input Ports
  • 8 x Output Ports
  • Automatic or manual switching between input ports
  • RS422 / RS232 Selection
  • Data speeds of up to 115,200 Baud

The X28-DB 8 Channel NMEA Buffer is a highly reliable serial data distributor. It relays NMEA 0183 data to 8 source equipment. Also, it receives 2 NMEA signals and splits one of them into 8 NMEA output ports.

It is very useful for safe navigation with protecting system faults. If one GPS input signal is lost then X28-DB selects another GPS input signal automatically (or manually). Additionally, it maintains output without any system errors.

This interface can receive any type of serial data such as RS422, RS232, 5V TTL signal. It also has both high voltage protection and reverses input protection.

2 output ports of 8 outputs are able to be selected by RS422 or RS232 type. Also, it features full DC isolation between the input signal, output signal, and input power.

Additionally, other Channel Data Buffer’s are available
